SUPPORT / UNINSTALL
EvoForge installs as an ordinary desktop application and is removed the same way. Your work stays on your computer until you delete it yourself.
Quit EvoForge. Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps (on Windows 10, Apps & features), find EvoForge, choose Uninstall and confirm. In the uninstaller, tick Delete the application data if you also want the app’s cached data removed.
Quit EvoForge (⌘Q). In Finder, open Applications, drag EvoForge to the Trash, then empty the Trash.
Your sessions, memory, skills and settings are kept so that a reinstall picks up where you left off. To remove them, delete the .evoforge folder in your home folder: %USERPROFILE%\.evoforge on Windows, ~/.evoforge on macOS. On macOS also delete ~/Library/Application Support/com.evoforge.desktop , ~/Library/Caches/com.evoforge.desktop and ~/Library/WebKit/com.evoforge.desktop. Projects you worked in may hold their own .evoforge folder of working files; delete it with the project if you no longer need it.
API keys and your sign-in are kept in the system credential store, not in the app folder. To remove them, delete the entries whose names contain EvoForge or evoforge-account in Credential Manager → Windows Credentials on Windows, or in Keychain Access on macOS.
Uninstalling does not delete your account. To delete it, write to [email protected] from the account’s email address; see the Privacy Policy.
