Agreement
By installing or using EvoForge, or by creating an account, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use EvoForge for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf. You must be at least 16 years old.
LEGAL / TERMS
The agreement between you and PIXALIFE LIMITED for using EvoForge, including how paid modules renew, end and are refunded.
By installing or using EvoForge, or by creating an account, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use EvoForge for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf. You must be at least 16 years old.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use EvoForge on computers you control, for personal or commercial work. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software, remove its notices, or get around its licence checks. Open-source components stay under their own licences.
EvoForge runs on model API keys or local models you supply. Your agreements with those providers, and what they charge you, are between you and them. What you create with EvoForge is yours; we claim no rights in your input or output.
Do not use EvoForge to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, access systems without permission, build malware or harm people. EvoForge can act on your computer, browsers, terminals and connected services; you decide what it may do, and you remain responsible for the actions you approve.
Basic is free. Creator, Embodied AI and Game Development are optional add-ons, sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions at the prices on the Download page, in US dollars. Any tax we are required to collect is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on your account page at account.evoforge.cc, under Manage plan, invoices and payment: the module stays available until the end of the period already paid for, and you are not charged again. If a price changes, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies at a renewal, and you can cancel before then.
If a module is not right for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for it, or within 14 days of an annual renewal, and we refund that payment in full; the module then ends. Otherwise, monthly renewals and partly used periods are not refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Where your local consumer law gives you stronger rights, including the EU and UK right of withdrawal, those rights apply.
Keep your sign-in methods secure. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it. You can stop using EvoForge at any time, uninstall it, and ask us to delete your account.
We improve EvoForge continuously and may change or remove features. If we discontinue a paid module, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
EvoForge relies on AI models, and they can be wrong. Check its output and its actions before relying on them, especially for code, files, money, health, legal matters and physical machines. Except where the law requires otherwise, EvoForge is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, whose courts have jurisdiction, without taking away the consumer protections of the place where you live. If we change these terms, we post the new version here at least 14 days before it takes effect.
